Civil Process Information
The Stone County Sheriff's Office provides Civil Process Services throughout Stone County. The papers are receipted in, and the actual serving of the papers are done by Sgt. Russell Reavis, and additional Stone County Deputies as case load demands.
The Stone County Sheriff's Office charges a $30.00 plus mileage fee for civil process service, contact the Civil Process Department at (417) 357-6116 for a mileage total. If two or more people are located at the same address, then each additional person will be $30.00. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope for the return papers.
