Robbery

On January 2nd, 2010, a victim reported to Stone County 911 that three males had entered her residence and stole items from her. The victim lived on Cedar Cove Road, a location off DD Highway in Stone County. During the initial investigation, the victim stated a male and female arrived around midnight and had a baby with them saying they were broke down in the area. They stated they were looking for the Peterson residence and did not know where it was. They stayed for about an hour before someone came and picked them up. Then at around 5 AM two male individuals came to the front door and said they were looking for an individual. The name given was the same name the earlier two individuals had given her. They stated another individual was in the car outside waiting for them. One of them was carrying a chrome crow bar in his hands. While they were in the residence they took medication, jewelry, money and a laptop computer. The victim stated they were young males who had bandanas tied around their mouth and nose. They told her it was to keep them warm. She then told the deputies that one of the individuals had the same mannerisms as a young male who stayed with her a few months back. On January 13th, 2010, the male she identified, Bryan Tillman, a 19 yr old male from Reeds Spring, was arrested and brought to the Stone County Jail. He was charged with Robbery 1st degree and is currently still incarcerated with a bond of $100,000.00 cash/surety. Since his arrest, detectives have worked several days on the case and recovered the jewelry which was stolen from the residence. On January 19th, they made several more arrests in connection with the incident. They are: Cory N. Davis, W/M, 19, Reeds Spring Kamilla D. Miller, W/F, 17, Reeds Spring Nathan E. Davis, W/M, 17, Reeds Spring Justin A. Yancy, 19, Reeds Spring The four arrested on the 19th were charged with Burglary 1st degree and remain incarcerated in the Stone County Jail on a bond amount of $100,000.00 Cash/Surety.
