On Sunday, June 14th, 2015, at approximately 7:30 pm, Stone County Deputies were dispatched to the Turkey II Subdivision area in Shell Knob, off YY Highwayfor the report of a burglary in progress.   When Deputies arrived on scene, they found an elderly female who had been tied up and robbed at her residence.  During interviews, it was discovered she did know one of the attackers, but another one was masked and the third was driving the vehicle.  During the incident the attackers ransacked her house and took her purse and medication.  She was able to give information that led to a traffic stop and arrest of one individual that night.  She was later transported to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries. Arrested were the following:

Spencer Blake Osborne, a 33 yr old white male from Holiday Island, Arkansas

Duane Michael Parrish, a 34 yr old white male from Eagle Rock, Missouri

Destinee Kay Naugle, a 20 yr old white female from Shell Knob, Missouri

Detectives submitted Probable Cause Statements to the Prosecuting Attorney and the following charges were filed

Class B Felony First Degree Robbery

Class A Felony First Degree Robbery

Unclassified Felony Armed Criminal Action

Their bond has been set at $100,000.00 Cash or Surety and all three remain incarcerated in the Stone County Jail at this time
