PRESS RELEASE

  Narcotics Arrest

On February 24th, 2016, Stone County Deputies were following up on a drug tip at Notch Inn in Branson West.  They made contact with the individual in control of room 228 and got permission to search.  During the search of the room they located approximately 34 Grams of Methamphetamine, 44 Grams of Marijuana, a handgun, a digital scale and small baggies. 

Deputies made three arrests at the scene and transported them to the Stone County Jail.  On February 25th, 2016, Stone County Prosecuting Attorney Matt Selby filed the following charges on the individuals:

Michael Sean Snelson, a 48 yr old white male from Reeds Spring with

Class B Felony Dist-Attempt to Dist-Possess-Attempt to Possess a Controled Substance  X 2 Counts

Class D Felony Resisting Arrest

Class D Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon

Charles Tyler Green, a 22 yr old white male from Henryetta Oklahoma with

Class B Felony Dist-Attempt to Dist-Possess-Attempt to Possess a Controled Substance  X 2 Counts

Jennifer Leann Davis, a 23 yr old white female from Mounds, Ok with

Class B Felony Dist-Attempt to Dist-Possess-Attempt to Possess a Controled Substance  X 2 Counts

Michael Sean Snelson remains incarcerated at the Stone County Jail with a bond of $100,000.00 Cash only.

Charles Tyler Green and Jennifer Leann Davis both remain incarcerated at the Stone County Jail with a bond of $50,000.00 Cash only for each individual.
