Kimberling Airways Burglary

n April 18th, 2011, deputies responded to a airplane hanger in the Kimberling Airways subdivision off Joe Bald Road in Kimberling City for the report of a burglary.  After reviewing the scene and talking to the owner, it was determined over $20,000.00 in items were stolen from the hanger.
 
On April 20th, the victim contacted the Sheriffs Department stating some of the property had been returned to the hanger and he was given names of several suspects involved.  On April 21st, Detectives did interviews and arrested one of the suspects involved, 18 yr old Adam Stephens of Kimberling City.  The interviews resulted in the arrest and several items of property being located and recovered.
 
Adam Stephens has been charged with one count Burglary-2nd Degree and one count Stealing, both felonies.  Adam is currently incarcerated at the Stone County Jail on a bond of  $20,000.00 cash only.
 
The investigation is ongoing and other arrests are expected to be made in the near future.
