After a K-9 had hot on a purse for drugs, deputies searched her purse and found three syringes, "points". They tested the plungers of the syringes with a Nartec Methamphetamine tester and the tip of the tester had a small amount of blue which determines a positive test for Methamphetamine. Deputies asked the subject the color on the tip and he subject said "yellow". A deputy pointed to the small area and asked the color again. The subject said, "black or blue".
