Crime Map Details

Upon arrival, the deputy located two male drivers. Man One informed the deputy that he was behind Man Two , and was planning on passing him on the road. Man One stated while he was behind Man Two, Man Two kept slamming on his brakes, until the point where they were both stopped in the roadway. Man One stated he then tried to pass him again, and Man Two cut him off.

Man One stated both vehicles were stopped and Man Two exited his vehicle. Man One stated he opened his door, and as he was standing up, Man Two punched him in the face. Man One stated he then struck Man Two twice and informed him that he was calling the cops. I did locate a mark on Man One's right eye where it appeared he had been struck. When the deputy spoke with Man Two, the deputy also noticed red markings on the knuckles of his left hand. Man Two stated that he did not hit Man One. A separate incident report (L22-07336) has been created for Man Two and his statement.

A Probable Cause Affidavit has been submitted to the Stone County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
