When the deputy arrived on scene, Man Two explained that he and Man One were standing outside of their room when they were approached by Man Four. Man Two stated that Man Four was carrying pizza's and asked him and Man One if they had ordered food. Man Two said that he told Man Four that they had just ate and that they did not order anything. Man Two said that Man Four became upset and started yelling at him, saying "you don't want to eat my food".

Man Two continued saying that he tried to explain to Man Four that he did not order the food. Man Two said that Man Four swung at him, nearly hitting him. Man Two said that he fell to the floor trying to get away from Man Four. Man Two said that Man One who was standing nearby came to help get Man Four away. Man Two explained that during the altercation Man Four hit Man One several times.

Man One explained to that during the fight Man Four hit him in the face and kicked him several times. Man One had visible injuries on his face, neck, left arm, right shoulder and on both his knees. Man One's nose had an abrasion across it, and it appeared that it had recently been bleeding. The deputy could see red marks on Man One's neck and on his shoulders. He also had abrasions on his knees. Man One had a cut on the left side of his lower lip.

Man Four left before Law Enforcement could arrive.
Both Man One and Man Two appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants. After speaking with Man One and Man Two, I was informed by Deputies on scene, that Man Four was in the parking lot and waiting to speak to me.

Man Four explained that he was there to deliver pizza when he came into contact with Man One and Man Two. Man Four said that as he was walking by the two, who were standing outside of their rooms. Man One and Man Two stated telling Man Four that they wanted the food he had. Man Four said that he tried to explain to them that the food was intended for a different room. Man Four said that Man One moved closer to him, almost face to face, and started acting like he was going to fight Man Four. Man Four explained Man One's body movements, as "puffing up his chest and rolling his shoulders back".
Man Four stated that he attempted to create space from Man One and Two. Man Four said that as they moved closer to him, Man Four swung at Man One because he felt like he was going to be robbed. Man Four explained that there was a fight between him, Man One and Man two. Man Four stated that once he was able to get away, he quickly went to his vehicle and left the area.

A Probable Cause statement was sent to the Stone County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for Man One.
