OFFENCE: DOMESTIC ASSAULT - 2ND DEGREE

The victim reported her grandson, the suspect, showed up at her residence with an unknown female. The victim told the suspect she did not want the female in her house. The suspect became upset and pushed the victim as hard as he could, knocking her to the floor. The suspect left the residence and was confronted by his father in the yard. The suspect's father reported he was in the garage when he heard screaming. The suspect's father told the suspect to leave and not come back. The suspect's father went inside to check on the victim and called 911. Medics report they believe the victim's arm was dislocated or broken. The victim was transported to the hospital.
