OFFENCE: DOMESTIC ASSAULT - 2ND DEGREE 

On 09/14/2022 a deputy responded to 87 Green Valley Lane, Branson West, Missouri, in reference to an assault. The reporting party stated that she was choked and had bruises.

The victim reported the the suspect had choked her and hit her head off the window causing the window to break in the bedroom, choked her again causing her to go unconscious, and told her that he was going to murder her and that this was now a hostage situation. The suspect had also at some point bit her left forearm and caused two small lacerations and severe bruising on her arm. The victim also had lacerations to both sides of her tongue from where he caused her to bite her tongue. On her neck she had multiple bruises and complained of pain and having a hard time talking. The victim stated that she was scared of the suspect and was in fear of her life. The victim stated that the suspect is high on methamphetamine and has been using a lot lately.

The suspect was located and taken to and held at the Stone County Jail on a 24 Hour Hold.
