UNLAWFUL USE OF WEAPON

A Deputy was dispatched to a disturbance with shots fired call at this location. Neighbors had gotten into an argument over an assault on a dog with injuries that required vet care totaling $3000. The dog owner demanded the subject pay for the vet bill and was joined by other friends of the dog owners. Things turned physical and 2 subjects fired shots based on 2 different bullet casings found at the scene. No injuries were reported and no party wished to file charges.
