POSSESS CONTROL SUBSTANCE EXCEPT 35 GRAMS OR LESS MARIJUANA/SYNTHETIC CANNABINOID

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

A deputy responded to a well-being check on a subject who had been sitting in a vehicle on the side of the road all night long. The Deputy made contact with the subject and he stated the vehicle had broken down and he was waiting on a friend to give him a ride home. A consent search was performed and a small black case was located containing the following items:

1. Clear glass pipe with a white crystal-like substance inside of it.
2. A small clear plastic baggie containing a small amount of a crystal-like substance inside of it.
3. 7 unidentified pills with the marking of (20-b973) on them.
4. A blue napkin with a black substance on it.

The subject was arrested and taken to Stone County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene. 

A field test confirmed the substance to be Methamphetamine.
