DOMESTIC ASSAULT 3RD DEGREE

A deputy was dispatched to a physical domestic at this location between two sisters. Upon arrival, the parties were separated, one being inside the residence and the other on the porch outside. This incident started because one sister believed the other sister to be having relations with her roommate and boyfriend. The witness stated the sisters had been arguing all day and it turned physical. The mother of the sisters arrived on the scene and took 1 sister back to her residence for the night.
