On November 27^th, 2013, Detectives from Stone County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 39 Holts Wood Road, Reeds Spring, in Stone County. At time of the warrant execution, William Timothy Kelly, a Registered Sexual Offender, was arrested and charged with two counts of sodomy.  During the execution of the warrant, Detectives recovered a laptop computer from William Kelly’s brother, Johnny Kelly.  The computer was taken to the Stone County Sheriff’s Office where it was searched forensically for images of child pornography based on the initial information received. 

During the search of the computer, Detectives recovered multiple images of Child Sexual Abuse photos  along with sexually explicit stories involving underage females.   On December 19^th, 2013, Detectives arrested and interviewed Johnny Kelly and he admitted to clicking on the Child Sexual Abuse photos while online and saving them to his computer. 

Johnny Allen Kelly, a 54 year old white male who resided at 39 Holts Wood Road, Reeds Spring, was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and is currently incarcerated at the Stone County Jail with a bond of 100,000.00 cash/surety.
