Search Warrant at Browns Spring

 

On Thursday, April 3rd, 2014, Deputies from Stone County Sheriff’s Office and the COMET Drug Task Force executed a search warrant for narcotics at 248 Browns Spring Road, Billings, Missouri, located off M Highway in Stone County. 

When the warrant was executed, Deputies located 44 yr old Paula Ann Moore, an individual who resided at the residence and also listed on the Stone County Most Wanted Website.  Deputies had been to the residence numerous times in the past to attempt to apprehend her but was always told she was not there and were not allowed inside the residence.  Paula Moore had active warrants for Probation Violation of Class B Felony Dist/Del/Man/Produce or Attempted Dist/Del/Man/Produce a Controlled Substance.  The warrant was still active and had no bond attached to it.

When the residence was searched, Deputies located multiple baggies of a white crystal substance which field tested positive for Methamphetamine and multiple pipes used to smoke Methamphetamine.

On Friday, April 4th, 2014, Stone County Prosecutor Matt Selby filed the following charges on Paula Moore:

Class C Felony Possession of Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana and two counts of Class A Misdemeanor Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.  Her bond has been set as $75,000.00 cash or surety. 

Crane Municipal Court also issued the following warrants on Paula Moore on Friday, Apri 4th:

Failed to Provide Proof of Insurance and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. The Crane Warrants had a combined bond of $350.00 Cash Only.

 

Paula Ann Moore is currently incarcerated at the Stone County Jail.
