                On 07-02-14, the Stone County Sheriff’s Office received information about a male and female having fake identification at a resort on Table Rock Lake near Shell Knob.   Deputies went to the cabin the couple was staying at to further investigate.   Contact was made with the couple and fake identification was seized.  After further investigation a search warrant was obtained for the cabin and two vehicles.

                The search warrant was served Wednesday afternoon with the help of COMET Drug Task Force. Approximately ¾ pound of methamphetamine, over 500 oxycontin pills, marijuana, and approximately $7500.00 in cash weres seized. A 31 year old female and a 37 year old male were taken into custody and are being held on a 24 hour hold for possession of a controlled substance.

                Both subjects had active warrants for their arrest. They are identified as Christina M. Zacker, 31 year old female from Kansas City, Missouri. Zacker had active warrant for a probation violation out of Taney County. The male is identified as Christopher D. Homan 37 year old male from Overland Park, Kansas. Homan had a federal probation warrant out of Kansas City, MO.

                We have submitted the case file to the Stone County Prosecuting Attorney and do expect further charges to be filed on the Drugs later today.
