PRESS RELEASE

On Monday morning, June 29th, a Stone County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on vehicle at Thyme Lane off Missouri 13 south of Branson West for lane violations.  During the traffic stop, the Deputy recovered Drug Paraphernalia, Methamphetamine, Prescription Oxycodone and a 22 caliber pistol.  The driver of the Terrain, Robert Kail, III, was then arrested and transported to the Stone County Jail.  A probable cause statement was presented to the Prosecutor later that day.

Robert L Kail, III, a white male from Springfield, Missouri, was charged with:

Two counts of Class B Felony Distribute or Possess with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance

His bond was set at $75,000.00 Cash Only.

Robert Kail is currently incarcerated in the Stone County Jail.
