2nd Press Release

Original Release was on Sunday, September er 20th, 2015, which was in reference to a pursuit in Stone County.

On Sunday evening, Prosecutor Matt Selby reviewed the PC Statement and filed the following charges:

Wesley S. Dill, a 17 yr old white male from Ozark, was charged with:

2 Counts of Class B Felony Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer

1 Count Class C Felony Tampering 1st Degree

1 Count Class C Felony Receiving Stolen Property

1 Count Class C Felony Resisting Arrest

Wesley S. Dill is currently being held with no bond until a bond hearing which is set for September 22nd, 2015.

The two juveniles were turned over to the Juvenile Authorities.
