Fugitive

Working on information received that a fugitive wanted by the Stone County Sheriff's Office and several other agencies was hiding out at a residence in the Lampe, MO area, Stone County Deputy Vinnie Jacobson spotted the suspect's vehicle parked at a residence on H Highway.

Several Deputies and a Sgt from the Missouri State Highway Patrol surrounded the residence and as deputies approached the front of the home, the suspect, Jimmie Wane Elliott ran out the back door to awaiting deputies. Elliott was taken into custody without incident.

Deputies then secured the residence and located two females and the owner of the residence inside the home.

Arrested at the home were the following:

Jimmie Wane Elliott, white, male, dob 3-2-71, giving the address of 2955 State Hwy H, Lampe, MO
Nichole Marie Landrum, white, female, dob 4-29-68, also of the Lampe address
Kristina Elliott, white, female, dob 1-4-74
And the owner of the residence, a white, male, age 66.

Elliott was arrested and booked on the following:

Passing Bad Check (Taney County Warrant) Bond $1,410
Resisting/Interfering with Arrest of a Felon (Newton County Warrant) Bond $20,000
Receiving Stolen Property (Newton County Warrant) Bond $5,000
Burglary 2nd Degree (Barry County Warrant) Bond $50,000
Burglary 2nd Degree (Benton County, AR Warrant) No Bond
Probation Violation, No Bond

Nicole Marie Landrum was arrested and booked on the following:

Deliver or Intent to Deliver/Possession of Controlled Substance (Stone County Warrant) Bond $25,000

 

Kristina Elliott was arrested on the following:

Fraud/Insufficient funds (McDonald County Warrant)
Passing Bad Checks (Barry County Warrant)

Kristina Elliott was taken to a Springfield Hospital for evaluation, then release to Springfield Police Department to be held until she could be picked up by either of Barry or McDonald County.

The 66 yr old white male was arrested on a 24 hour hold for Receiving Stolen Property. The Stone County Prosecutor is reviewing the reports this date to determine charges.

While at the residence, deputies located a stolen vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Rogers, Arkansas. A zip lock bag containing suspected methamphetamine was also located. Later in the evening, a search warrant was executed at the residence for additional items.
