Stone County Investigators traveled to Springfield Wednesday, January 12th and executed an arrest warrant on Joshua S. McCafferty, dob 12-17-85. McCafferty was arrested at his home, 2010 N. Pickwick Ave, and transported to the Stone County Jail.

McCafferty was arrested on a Stone County Warrant for the following charges:

Sexual Misconduct or Attempt Involving a Child Under 15 - Class D Felony

3 Counts of Enticement of a Child (Actor 21 yrs of Age or Older and Child Less Than 15 Yrs of Age) _Unclassified Felony

Bond has been set at $25,000

McCafferty was arrested after an investigation that began in March of 2010. Over the 10 months, several contacts were made via chat rooms where he sent pornographic photographs of himself to a Stone County Deputy posing as a minor.
